When you feel so much going on, so much stressed, just change your physiology by
- Stand → Sit, Sit → Stand
- Shaking it out
- e.g., Shake your limb, shake your leg, etc.
- Stretch it out
- e.g., interlock your fingers and stretch overhead, and to the sides, circle the shoulders to loosen it up, turn/shift left and right, interlock the fingers behind our back and open our chest so that we we can breath more, etc.
- Tap it out
- Massage the temples
4-7-8- breathing
