When you feel so much going on, so much stressed, just change your physiology by

  • Stand Sit, Sit Stand
  • Shaking it out
    • e.g., Shake your limb, shake your leg, etc.
  • Stretch it out
    • e.g., interlock your fingers and stretch overhead, and to the sides, circle the shoulders to loosen it up, turn/shift left and right, interlock the fingers behind our back and open our chest so that we we can breath more, etc.
  • Tap it out
  • Massage the temples
